Review the faculty's strategy and quality policies, To enhance the quality of education and satisfaction with its dynamic staff, Increase employee productivity by providing in-service training, Establishing academic standards, planning administrative and academic activities in line with these standards, monitoring and improving their management, Providing recommendations on the development and updating of programs based on feedback from stakeholders, Meeting the requests and expectations of internal and external stakeholders to the extent possible, Developing processes established in accordance with strategic objectives and goals, Complying with relevant legislation and standards, In line with our faculty's strategic plan and objectives, to establish the institution's internal and external quality assurance system related to the evaluation and improvement of the quality of education, teaching, research activities, and administrative services, to determine institutional indicators, To obtain a certificate of competence from accreditation organizations and to complete any deficiencies, To increase the quality and quantity of scientific publications Conduct internal evaluation studies and prepare an annual institutional evaluation report containing the results of institutional evaluation and quality improvement studies, Increase the quality and quantity of scientific publications, The quality commission meets on issues related to quality required by our faculty, and the decisions taken at the meeting are sent to academic and administrative staff via e-mail. Our Faculty's Quality Commission meets at the request of the commission chair to hold evaluation meetings on quality-related matters. Making plans to carry out work aimed at establishing a leadership approach and coordination culture within our faculty. Reports prepared in line with efforts to develop and disseminate a quality approach within our faculty are published on our faculty's website. The dissemination and adoption of a quality culture within the unit is ensured through meetings held by the Quality Commission.
