The founder of the Republic of Turkey, Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, was commemorated at a ceremony held at the Develi Seyrani Campus of Kayseri University on the 87th anniversary of his passing.

The commemoration program held at the ceremony area of Kayseri University's Develi Seyrani Campus was attended by faculty and vocational school administrators, academic and administrative staff, and students.

It ended after a moment of silence and the playing of the national anthem.
